The main body of the electric hoist is composed by wire rope drum, motor, reducer.they were combined by the middle axis. through the middle axis of rotation, the power from motor is transferred to the other end of the reducer, the reducer drive the drum (or chain) to hoist.
Electric hoist is set motor, reducer and cable drum (or chain) as one of the small lifting equipment, most with travel trolley, used with single-beam bridge or portal crane, form a complete hoisting machinery.
Now electric hoist DE motor with conical rotor motor, the motor can be cut to brake automatic when power off.
Some tips before using electric hoist:
1. Please memorizing manual and nameplate content before operation.
2. Please adjust the up/down limit before lifting objects.
