Structure
A tire protection chain for construction machinery includes chain links, main connectors connected between chain links, side chains connecting two side chains, and butt chain members connected to two end chains. Installation method
Required tools: hammer, pliers, wire (about 1m)
1. Place the loader on a flat place and release about one-third of the air in the tire.
2. Unfold and flatten the tire chain in front of the tire (inside and outside).
3. Remove the accessories (open joint and diamond open joint) and hang one end of the tire chain with a wire of about 1m.
4. Start the loader and pay attention to the alignment between the front of the tire and the front of the tire chain.
5. Hang the tire pattern with wire, place the chain with a crowbar, and move the vehicle slowly backward until the protection chain completely wraps the tire (front wheel backward, rear wheel forward).
6. After the two ends of the chain are aligned, connect the two ends with the connecting joint.
7. String the fastening chain on the outside of the tire and adjust the tightness.
8. Check the lock ring of the entire tire protection chain so that its welding joint is outward to avoid wearing the tire.
