performance principle to dismantle optionally.
2.When gear installation, should use two piece of tooth "0" word mark are installed in the same line. Lifting sprocket or so bearing roller, can use butter adhesion
 in has pressed in lifting chain wheel shaft internal jugular ring, and then into the bearing's outer wall inside. When brake parts installation, pay attention to ratchet
 department connection is good, spring to ratchet control should be agile and reliable.
3.Chain blocks put the overhand sprocket, clockwise rotate the hand wheel, should will ratchet, friction plate pressure in the brake seat counterclockwise, hand wheel
, ratchet and friction between piece with gap. Support bar and the right panel for static and cooperate,  do not remove them when maintenance.After cleaning 
maintenance,chain block should be light and heavy duty test and confirm the operation, can be used.
4.In the oil and use process, brake device of the friction surface must be clean, and often check the brake performance, prevent brake failure cause weight from
 falling. In order to maintain and remove conveniently, one link of the hand chain is open.
