Electric hoist is commonly used in the monorail cranes, jib cranes, and in moving single girder crane, because of its simple structure, 
convenient manufacture and maintenance, interchangeability is easy to operate, so widely used in the factory. If it's safety device 
insufficiency, improper use can cause injury or death. Therefore, except as prescribed training permittee operating the electric hoist 
operator must strictly adhere to the regulations of the following operations:

(1) Before starting, you should carefully check the mechanical, electrical, wire rope, hanging clamp, stopper is intact or not.

(2) Do not overload the load. When lifting objects, the hand are not allowed to hold in the ropes and objects.

(3) When lifting objects, must comply with hook rigger safety procedures. Strapping should be firm, should be set the pad at objects 
taper angle gap to protect.

(4) Use the trailer line electrical switch to start. Insulation must be good. Pushed the button correctly, attention to the position of the 
standing when operating it.

(5) monorail electric hoist must slow running when it is in orbit corner or close to the track at the end.

(6) If there is the electric hoist operating room, must hand operation, strictly compliance with operating procedures.
