1. Chain hoists transmission components should regularly add grease lubrication, the surfaces of the brake must be 
kept clean and free of grease, to ensure reliable braking performance.
2. chain hoists lifting chain should be lubricating oil, should not be tainted, so as not to bring taint  to lifting sprocket 
and deposited in the recess, influence the gear teeth in mesh.
3. Check the lifting chain with excessive wear, corrosion, deformation and external damage or not.
4. Check chain hoists all rotating parts rotation is flexible or not, fasteners must be not loose.
5. Check the hook Wear and deformation or not , the hook should be free of cracks, sharp angles, burrs, corrosion, 
warping ,torsion and so on.
6. After Finishing using the chain hoists, should be stored in a dry place, long-term placement should be without proper 
protection and safekeeping.
