There maybe some danger in the process of operating the crane, so we should formulate the related safety measures to avoid that, below is 
some measurements should be known when operating cranes.
1. Before operating, know the whether in advance. Should avoid bad whether as far as possible,especially avoid the rainy and foggy weather. 
If the work must be finished under bad whether, then you should do some measures like antiskid and lighting, if the wind grade is greater 
than 6, crane can’t work in this condition.
2. The related operator should have clear division of responsibilities, order can not be disrupted, assignments should be strictly abided by 
the head of the command, and cannot be arbitrarily left the scene.
3. Workers should wear safety equipment before operating.
4. Before operating, Cleaning and maintenance of equipment, avoid operation blockage, lead to danger.
