When the temperature of the motor is high, firstly to check if the hoist is overload, overloading cause the motor to heat,
long time overloading will burn the motor; if the motor is not overloaded, but still hot, should check if the bearing of the
motor is broken or not, also should check if the hoist work according the duty work, and this is one of the reasons cau
sing the motor heating, should strictly using it according to the work hours. When the motor is running, brake gap is
too small, not fully disengaged, which will cause a great friction, friction heating is equal to inrease additional load, which
cause the speed of motor reduced, the current becomes large, then casue heat, at this time, you should stop the electric
hoist working, re-adjust the brake gap.
